The mighty Isuzu Reach Step Van Restoration - The project start as a minor tidy up and turned into a rather large restoration project spanning over several months when the weather was on our side.

External Works

1. Side panels removed, prepared and resprayed to original colour

2. Fibreglass repair for a rather large scrape/hole on the side of the truck - colour matched paint

3. Full LED flood lighting with individual control of each light vis a Switch panel on the dash

4. HD Rearview Camera added

5. Raptor Coating on A pillar plastics

6. Rims refreshed

Internal Cabin Works

1. Electrical wiring for all led lights intergrated into existing systems

2. Radio replaced

3. Sound Deadening throughout cabin - Marine carpet applied over the top for asthectic apprearence

4. Full interior scrub down and cleaned to almost new.

Internal works Box

1. Box completey gutted and cleaned and sterilised

2. All Walls painted and sealed as required

3. Epoxy paint aplied to fiberglass flooring, all areas sealed as required

4. Roller door repaired, painted and adjusted

5. Internal LED light added

6. Work Bench installed

7. 2 door cupboard installed

8. Folding Aluminium Racking installed both sides

9. Sound Deadening and Marine Carpet installed

10. Engel fridge fitted for those cold drinks on a hot summers day!

The overall result for this particular restoration build turned exactly how it was imagined. The client was extremely happy with the final product.
