As an INTRODUCTORY offer all work billed at $80/hour,  with a 1-hour minimum for all jobs attended too, and in 15min increments thereafter.  We will be fair with our pricing and provide updates to the client should there be any substantial changes to the task current being carried out.

Wandering EMU Proudly services Nanaimo, Ladysmith, Cassidy, Nanaimo River, Cinnabar Valley, Cedar, Lantzville, Nanoose Bay, Parksville and Qualicum. Travelling outside these areas are assessed on a case by case basis. 

To provide an efficient service - appointments are scheduled within 2-4 hour windows. All jobs vary and may run longer or shorter than expected, our service windows allow flexibility to keep our service running smoothly.  Arrival updates will be provided

We value your time and endeavour to provide the highest quality service and continually strive to stay on schedule.  However, if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made by phone or email at least 1 full working day in advance. We understand that clients situations can change and will make appropriate arrangements to accommodate where possible.

All after hours call outs are assessed on a case by case basis. As a general rule prices start at $285 for the initial callout which includes the first hour on site. Travel time beyond Nanaimo is not included.   

During our introductory period - The Scheduling fee of $100 to confirm your scheduled spot, will be waived -

The processing fee will

• Secure your place in the schedule

• Covers administrative time (parts sourcing, job setup, preparation etc)

• Includes travel time up to 20 mins from Base location - Departure Bay

Please note that if a client chooses to cancel after confirming the scheduled date and time for works to be carried out, an administration or cancellation fee may be charged to cover inconvenience and loss of allocated time for preparing for scheduled works.

In order to provide the best possible mobile experience and fully stocked service Van - there maybe a small consumables fee.  

Will be based on a case by case basis - We are happy to dispose of items that are within our scope of work. However disposal of larger or hazardous items will remain the responsibility of the the client.

Due to the significant rise in fuel costs  - A mobile fee of $45 will be added to all jobs outside of the immediate Nanaimo Area.
